·    Mailed in 3-6 weeks
 
Pencil-and-Paper Exam (Page 31-32)

• Admission Ticket sent to you 1 week prior (~April 24^th)
• Sent to home address and by FAX to employer (indicated on your application)
• No Show – You must pay the entire exam fee to retake the exam
• Cancellations: Must cancel at least 1 week prior to exam (~April 24^th) – Must pay $75 extension fee

Rules:

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to test time (1:00 PM)
• Bring Admission Ticket
• Bring ID (Valid driver’s license, state or government-issued ID or passport.
• ID must not be expired!
• ID must have a picture and a signature that matches exactly the name on the Admission Ticket
• Note:  Choose which ID you plan to use and use the name printed on the ID for your application
• Bring two #2 pencils (and an eraser)
