Palms to Pines AALAS is pleased to announce an essay contest available to all current PTP branch members. This contest is to promote further education and awareness in the Laboratory Animal field. The subject of the essay is "What I have learned from animals while working in laboratory animal science...".
The essay is to be a minimum of 500 words. The winner will be awarded a $500 scholarship to be used for furthering education in laboratory animal science. All essays must be submitted by August 31st, 2005. The winner will be announced at the next holiday branch meeting. It is suggested that approval from the facility management is obtained before entering the contest.
