I wanted to write those of you who are attending the D-8 planning meeting scheduled for September 1st in Las Vegas. Enclosed is the information regarding room reservations in case you decide to stay at the hotel were the meeting will be located . The meeting will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel-Convention Center Las Vegas and is of no cost to attend except for your travel and hotel charges.

Attendees may also want to take a look at the Hilton Hotel website. Look for the Convention Center Hilton and try to book the "Net Direct Rate". The savings should be significant over the published room rate, but the room will need to be prepaid and they have a NO REFUND policy.
