Join us for an exciting and informative presentation and workshop on anesthesia on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona campus!
This seminar will feature a comprehensive discussion of inhalant anesthesia systems including oxygen and/or ancillary carrier gas issues, capabilities and limitations of vaporizers, and intricacies of appliances used to administer inhalant anesthetics.
This presentation is targeted for technicians, investigators, facilities managers, veterinarians, Ph.D’s, and all those interested in learning more about the mechanical properties of inhalant anesthesia systems.

Scottish researchers have found that zebrafish are capable of producing new motor neurones - the cells that control muscle movements like walking - when repairing damage to their spinal cord. Reward for info in UCLA attacks increased

A $100,000 reward is being offered by the Los Angeles City Council in hopes of catching the people responsible for five attacks on UCLA researchers. The reward brings the total offered to $500,000 by the UCLA police department, the Los Angeles Police Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the FBI for information on the five separate incidents.
